Pumpkin pudding
600 g Pumpkin
2 glass milk

80 g sugar
50 g starch
vanillin
100 g fruit juice
Pumpkin cleaned, rubbed on a fine grater. Starch is diluted with cold milk and pour in the hot milk. Without ceasing to stir, bring to a boil. Add vanilla, sugar, salt, grated pumpkin, stir and warm up. Poured into bowls and cooled. Served with berry juice (raspberry or red currant).
