Carrot and milk pudding
750 ml milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
500 g carrots
100 g sugar
3 Art. l. corn starch
1 pinch of vanillin
Carrots clean, rub on a grater, put in a pan, put out by adding a little water until tender.
Add sugar, add diluted in milk cooling starch and vanilla, mix well.
All boil, stirring occasionally, but not boiling, pour into mugs and sprinkle with sugar.
Serve carrot and milk pudding cooled down, it is possible with berry sauce.
