Walnut pudding

4 glass milk

3 Art. l. hazelnut

3 Art. l. sugar

3 Art. l. corn starch

Calcined nuts, peel of the brown shell, chop. Pour 3 cups of milk, add sugar and cook for 10 minutes, then pour the remaining dissolved in cold milk starch, stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Kissel cool and serve with berry sauce or juice.
