Liver in a sauce of sour cream
500 g beef liver
200 g sour cream
170 g butter

100 g wheat flour
40 g fresh mushrooms
2 onions
ground black pepper
salt
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them on the part of the oil, add finely chopped onion.
Remove from the liver film, cut it into pieces, pepper and salt, breaded in flour and fry in butter.
Connect liver and mushrooms, pour all the cream, bring to a boil.
Post liver with sour cream sauce with boiled rice can or mashed potatoes.
