Liver Stroganoff
Fast and delicious!
Products:
0.5 kg liver
1 big onions
1-2 tbsp. tomato paste or
tomato ketchup
150 g sour cream
green onions
Prepared liver cut into strips, drain in a colander and
carefully pour boiling water. Lightly fry until soft

Onions cut into rings and saut. Join roasted
liver. Then fill in the liver Bechamel sauce made from
sour cream and flour, add the tomato paste or tomato ketchup and
bring to a boil. I do easier: 2 parts sour cream mixed with
1-2 part tomato ketchup, pour the liver and to a boil.
Sprinkle chopped green onions. I don't salted.
Gravy and so sweet & sour turns out
