Pasta with liver and cheese Milanese
300 g goose or veal liver
30 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
20 g onions
broth
100 g noodles
1 tablespoon tomato paste
few pine nuts
50 g Parmesan cheese
salt, ground pepper
Liver cut into strips. In a frying pan fry the finely chopped onions, add the liver and fry it for a few minutes (3-5 minutes is enough), pepper, salt, and pour the broth, add the tomato paste, pine nuts, boiled noodles, grated cheese and mix.
