Goose liver in Transylvania
250 g goose liver
60 g sour cream
30 g goose fat
1 onions
1 parsley root
1 h. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
ground black pepper
salt
Wash the liver, salt and leave it for 20 minutes.
Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until light brown in color, stirring constantly.
Cut into strips parsley, onion rings, chop, put in a roasting pan. Cover with liver and fat and pepper. Add a little water, cover, put on 20 minutes in the oven.
Pour the liver mixed with flour sour cream and simmer for another 15 minutes without a lid.
Before serving, put goose liver in Transylvania at the plate with the sauce, garnish with boiled vegetables and beans.
