Goose, baked with mushrooms
1 PCs Goose
500 g mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
1 glass sour cream
2-3 tbsp. butter
3/4 glass vinegar ,�
1 kg apples
garlic - to taste
1 tsp. flour

Processed carcass goose cut into chunks, removing the large bones. The meat is rubbed with salt, mixed with crushed garlic and leave for 2 hours. Mushrooms clean, wash, cut into strips, put in fat and put in roaster. Portions goose fry in a large amount of oil until Golden brown, put the mushrooms in the roaster, pour the vinegar, cover and simmer until tender. Then pour the sour cream mixed with 1 teaspoon of flour, allow to boil, put on a platter and surrounded with fried apples.
