Goose baked with apples
2 kg Goose - 1 pc. ()
4 pcs. apples
20 g red wine
1 Art. l. soy sauce
30 g green onion
2 Garlic - cloves
1 Art. l. ground ginger
salt and ground black pepper - to taste
Connect soy sauce, wine, coarsely chopped onion, minced garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and one grated apple. The resulting mixture marinate the goose carcass for 2 hours.
The remaining apples peel and core. Two apples lay entirely inside pickled goose.
Oil the baking sheet, spread it cut into circles remaining apple on top of goose lay back down. Bake in the oven for one and a half hours, basting occasionally precipitated Socko.
Finished the goose cut portions and serve on a platter with a baked apple mugs by issuing greens.
