Goose, stewed with vegetables and fruits
Required Products:
1 pcs. goose
1 onions - head
1 pcs. carrot
40 g parsley root
100 g pitted prunes
2 pcs. apples
4 Art. l. olive oil
1 glass chicken broth
2 Art. l. tomato paste
3/4 glass sour cream
1 pcs. bay leaves
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Goose cut portions, salt, pepper, fry in oil until golden brown.
Carrots and parsley root cut into slices, onion -rings, connect and saut in butter.
In a roasting pan, place the goose, browned in butter, add the tomato puree, sour cream, pour broth and simmer in the oven at 220 � C for 2 hours.
Apples, remove core, cut into slices, prunes - into pieces, add to the goose with vegetables and simmer for another 20 minutes. For 5 minutes until cooked, place a bay leaf.
When submitting complete your greens. Garnish with braised cabbage.
