Goose, stewed with prunes and apples
Required Products:
1.5 kg goose
5 pcs. carrot
3 onions - head
1 pcs. parsley root
100 g tomato puree
180 g sour cream
1 glass chicken broth
100 g pitted prunes
4 pcs. apples
bay leaves
ground black pepper, salt
Goose cut into pieces, salt, pepper, fry without adding fat under cover until golden brown and place in gusyatnitsu.Korenya and onions cut into strips and fry in melted goose fat, then put together with the fat in baking dish.
