Pie with caramel with walnuts
350-400 g flour

350 g walnuts
250 g brown sugar (100 g dough)
200 g butter or margarine
200 ml cream 33-35%
2 eggs
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. baking powder for the dough
Butter to soften, combine the sugar and knead to enter the eggs, stir.
Add to the butter-egg mixture, flour, baking powder and knead the dough, cover it and put in the cold.
Grind the nuts, not too finely.
On a dry pan, pour the sugar over medium heat with constant stirring to melt it in caramel, enter the warm cream and stir, add honey, stir again and bring to the boil, add the nuts, stir, remove from heat and let mixture cool.
