230 g wheat flour

160 g butter

150 g sugar

4 banana

1 egg



1 sachet of vanilla sugar

5 Art. l. sour cream, 20% fat

1 Art. l. baking powder

100 g of butter rubbed on a grater, combine flour and baking powder, knead into crumbs.

Egg whisk separately with 2 tablespoons sugar, add sour cream and stir, pour the oil into crumbs, add the vanilla sugar and mix well, then knead the dough, remove it in the cold for an hour.

Clear lengthwise into 4 pieces cut each banana.

Pour the remaining sugar in the form by adding 60 g of butter, put on fire, cook the caramel, stirring constantly mix.

Place the banana slices down into the hot caramel.
