1 overripe banana

2 h. l. baking powder

Pour the oil in a frying pan, add half the sugar, smooth, hold on medium heat until the sugar will become a red-brown color, and remove from heat.
Mash the banana puree to the state.
When boiling sugar stops, wait 30 seconds, and later it is time to put mashed banana, mix thoroughly, if the caramel will thicken, put the pan on low heat and continue stirring already on the plate.
Pour caramel and banana flour weight to the glass, stir properly, add a quarter cup of boiling water, stir the dough should have a liquid.
