Banana cake with chocolate and nuts
150 g butter

120 g dark chocolate
2.5 cup wheat flour
1 glass walnuts
1 glass sugar
0.6 cup natural yoghurt
3 banana
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Bananas are cleaned using a blender grind (taking ripe average size).
Stir the flour with salt and baking soda.
Oil mixed with? cup of sugar and a mixer at medium speed beat well, to drive one egg, beaten, to drive the second egg and beat again until the air mass, add the mashed banana, yogurt and vanilla.
Baking pan smear (sides and bottom) with butter and lightly powdered with flour.
Pour the egg-banana mixture into flour at a slow speed mixer mix well until smooth.
Chocolate mangled (take chocolate with a cocoa content of 70%), combine with melted butter, remaining sugar, cinnamon and crushed nuts, mix and divide the mixture in half.
Put in a baking pan half of the dough, top with half the chocolate-nut mass lay out the remaining dough on top of the remaining mass of chocolate with nuts.
Bake pie banana with chocolate and nuts in a preheated 190 degree oven on the middle level until golden brown about 40 minutes after baking for half an hour left in the form, and then get to the cake to cool completely.
