Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
2 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
260 g chocolate
680 g butter
2 glass sugar
3 pcs. egg
2 h. l. soda
2 glass powdered sugar
8 Art. l. Cocoa powder
Mix flour with baking soda and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, chocolate melt in a water bath (60 g leave).
Whisk half of the total amount of oil, add the sugar and continue beating until smooth, add one egg and beat for another 5-10 minutes. Then enter the flour with the baking soda and cocoa, stir and pour the melted chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with oiled paper and bake at 170 � C for 1 hour. Refrigerate the cake.
To whip cream butter with sugar in a magnificent mass with cocoa.
Cut cake horizontally into three parts, Sandwich cream. Complete your cake with cream and chocolate.
