Sour cream cake

What you need:

400 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

250 g margarine

4 PCs egg

400 g sour cream pastry - and cream - 200 g

400 g sugar for the dough - and cream - 200 g

1 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. cocoa powder for the dough - 1 tbsp. spoon and cream

2 tsp. soda

100 g chocolate

The whisk eggs with sugar until white. Add sour cream, softened to the consistency of sour cream margarine, salt, sifted flour, dissolved in 1/2 Cup of cold boiled water soda.

Divide the dough into three parts, one of them, add cocoa.

Vypekite three cake.

Form the cake, proclaim cakes sour cream (cake with cocoa should be in the middle of the cake). Cover the cake with melted chocolate.

For the cream whisk sour cream with sugar and cocoa.
