250 g margarine
4 pcs. egg
400 g sour dough - and cream - 200 g
400 g sugar dough - and cream - 200 g
1 h. l. salt
2 Art. l. cocoa powder to the dough - 1 tbsp. spoon and cream
2 h. l. soda
100 g chocolate
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until white. Add sour cream, softened to the consistency of sour cream margarine, salt, sifted flour, diluted in 1/2 cup of cold boiled water soda.
Divide the dough into three parts, one of them, add cocoa.
Bake three cakes.
Sformuyte cake, sour cream cake layers interbedded (cake with cocoa should be in the middle of the cake). Pour on top of the cake with melted chocolate.
For the cream, whisk the sour cream with sugar and cocoa.
