Cake "Negro"

Ingredients:

3 PCs egg

1/2 glass wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

1 glass sugar

2/3 glass sour cream thick for the test - and cream - 1.5 cups

1,5 tbsp. margarine

1,5 tbsp. cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. soda

1/2 glass powdered sugar

1 orange zest or lemon and strawberry for decoration

Margarine spread with sugar, gradually add the eggs and sour cream. Type mixed with baking soda and cocoa flour and knead the sticky dough. Put dough in greased with margarine side of the pan. Bake at 180 �C up until the semi-finished product will not bounce when lightly pressed. Cool.

To prepare the cream sour cream whisk until a stable foam and mix with powdered sugar.

Baked cake mix, divide into two layer round or rectangular shape and proselyte cream. The top and sides of cake now spread the cream and sprinkle with crumbs, made from scraps of cake mix. Decorate with cream, strawberries, orange zest.
