Cake "Stephanie"
Ingredients:
6 pcs. egg dough and cream - by
300 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
300 g sugar dough - and cream - 400 g
10 pcs. bitter almonds
30 g butter dough - cream - 500 g and glaze - 50-100 g
vanillin
baking powder to the test
60-80 g Cocoa powder
2-3 Art. l. milk
1 Art. l. vodka
1 Art. l. coffee
100-120 g chocolate
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until fluffy mass, adding at the end the flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla, chopped almonds, mix everything carefully.
In a greased form Bake cakes 6-8. Cooled cakes cream Sandwich. Obrovnyayte edge of the cake and pour it on top of the glaze.
Dissolve cocoa cream milk warm, stirring constantly, until thick, melt or grated chocolate on a coarse grater (100-150 g). Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a magnificent mass. Oil rub, combine eggs, add vanilla, vodka, coffee, cooled chocolate or cocoa, mix well.
For the glaze, heat the chocolate and butter in a water bath or put on a few minutes in a slightly heated oven, rub, immediately pour the cake and smooth with a knife.
