Cake "crow's feet"
Ingredients:
80 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
70 g sugar
2 pcs. egg
100 g chocolate
30 g butter dough - and cream - 150 g
125 g powdered sugar
32 g cream
15 g Cocoa powder
10 g cognac
Egg whisk with sugar to increase in mass in the volume 3 times after adding flour. Put the dough in a greased form and bake in the oven at 210-220 � C.
The cooled cake cut into cakes and cream Sandwich, pour melted chocolate on top with oil. Put in a cool place to soak the cake.
Cream the butter and icing sugar, beat in the magnificent mass, add the cocoa powder, mixed with cream and brandy and stir.
