150 g butter cream

70 g sugar
32 g cream
30 g butter for the dough
15 g cocoa powder
10 g brandy
2 eggs
Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture will increase 3 times, at the end of the beating, gradually add the flour.

Beat butter with powdered sugar until the formation of fluffy pulp, add cocoa, pre-mixed with brandy and cream, mix all.
