Cake Chocolate
For the dough:
100 g cocoa powder
4 eggs
2 glass wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1 glass sugar
1 glass vegetable oil
baking powder
a pinch of vanilla
To prepare glaze:
200 g heavy cream
150 g bitter chocolate
Eggs combine the sugar, whisking, add the remaining ingredients for the dough, pour 1 Cup water (boiling).
Pour batter into a greased form and bake the cake at a temperature of 200 degrees for half an hour, remove the cake from the mold, allow to cool.
Heat the cream, combine the chocolate, broken into pieces, melt, but not to boil.
Pour the prepared icing on the cake, allow to cool, remove the cake out in the cold to set glaze.
Before serving the cake "chocolate" is made optional.
