Chocolate cake with ice cream
300 g dark chocolate
270 g butter

250 g heavy cream
150 g ice cream
4 eggs
3-4 Art. l. wheat flour
1/3 glass sugar
1 pinch of vanillin
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Melt 250g of chocolate, combining it with oil, in a water bath, then enter the egg yolks one at a time, add the vanilla, flour, stir the batter until smooth consistency.
Connect proteins with sugar, whipped to a stable foam, and then carefully added to a chocolate dough, pour it into a greased and floured form cooking at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Connect with the rest of the chocolate in a saucepan preheated cream, bring the mixture to a boil.
Carefully remove the cake from the mold ready, put on a platter and pour the cream and chocolate cream.
Before serving chocolate cake with ice cream put the balls of chocolate ice cream, immediately serve.
