Cake with chocolate fudge
350 g zhenuaz chocolate
1/2 glass thick cream - 1
1/2 glass powdered sugar
180 g chocolate
3 Art. l. rum
Whip the cream with powdered sugar.
Zhenuaz cut horizontally into two cake soaked a small amount of rum. Place the cakes in the shape of a cake.
Melt the chocolate cream, slightly cool, connect with whipped cream and whisk together.
Place the cakes on each other, interbedded part cream. The top of the cake cover the remaining cream. Refrigerate.
Put the cake from the mold in the form to the plates, shavings of chocolate and currant.
