Strawberry-melon cake
1 pcs. zhenuaz�
250 g Chantilly cream - 1 cup and custard
300 g melon
1 orange juice
1 glass Sugar Syrup
3 Art. l. cognac
1/2 glass red currant jelly
Chantilly connect with custard and mix gently.
Zhenuaz Put into shape.
Melon peel and slice.
Orange juice mixed with brandy and sugar syrup, soak zhenuaz. Lubricate it cooked cream, then lay the slices of melon. Refrigerate.
Cover the surface of the cake jelly. Cool again.
Arrange cream cake, chocolate, strawberries and nuts.
