2 glass Chantilly - and Angles - 1 cup
3 Art. l. brandy
1 l water
2 glass white wine
2 glass powdered sugar
6 pcs. pears
3 pcs. yolk
1 glass milk

Wine mixed with water, add 1 cup of powdered sugar and bring to a boil. Cook pears in syrup. Cool and slice.
