Cake "Pleasure"

1 pcs. coconut cake

1/2 pcs. grapefruit

1/2 glass fruit jelly

5 glass tangerine juice

1 glass sugar

10 pcs. yolk

1 glass milk

For the mousse in tangerine juice, add milk and stir, bring to a boil.

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and without stopping whisking, pour the hot mixture. Add gelatin and uncool, stirring, until thick warm. Cool and whisk in the foam.

Cut a circle of sponge cake and place into shape with borders.

Grapefruit peel, divide into segments and soak in the freezer.

Chantilly cream enter Anglia, and connect with mousse.
