Tangerine Cake (2)
1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
9 Art. l. butter
7 Art. l. sugar
3 pcs. egg
Salt - to taste
150 g canned mandarins
1 glass Chantilly cream
Oil rub with the sugar until smooth and, whisking, enter the eggs one by one. Mix flour with salt, add the oil mixture and stir. Put into a mold and bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
Tangerines dry. Prick the surface of the cake soaked with liquid from the mandarins. Chantilly cake cover.
Arrange tangerine, chocolate, jam, lime zest and mint leaves.
