Pears with chocolate cream
4 pears
1 lemon
1 glass sour cream
1 glass Apple juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
To prepare the cream:
100 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. brandy
powdered sugar
The perfect dessert for new year's table is elegant and simple to prepare.
Soften butter, add powdered sugar and cocoa, whisking, add the brandy.
Pear peel, leaving the stem, pour lemon juice and apples, add sugar, simmered until tender on low heat for 20-25 minutes, then remove the pears and cool.
Each pear cut in half, cut out the core, to isolate it using a pastry bag chocolate cream.
The syrup, strain and boil down, to make them pears with chocolate cream before serving the dessert, you can decorate with mint leaves.
