Pear salad with cream soft cheese
4 PCs the large pear
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. the pear liqueur
2 tbsp. cranberries mashed
150 g grapes black
25 g walnuts kernel
100 g cream cheese
3 tbsp. cream
Pears peeled from the core and peel and cut into slices.
Mix lemon juice and pear liqueur.
Sliced pears spread on a dish, sprinkle with juice, liqueur and allow to infuse.
Cheese mash with a fork and RUB with cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
A creamy mass is placed on pears and decorated with grapes and nuts.
