Simple Apple harvesting
1 kg of apples:
200-300 g sugar
Apples are washed, put in a saucepan, add sugar, turn on slow or medium heat and bring all to a boil.
After boiling the apples in the syrup boil for 5 minutes, then quickly put on sterilized banks.
Each jar should fill the apples with the syrup to the top.
Next, a simple bullseye harvesting rolled sterilized lids and put upside down to cool.
