Apple compote kostyanichny
600 g apples (in two-liter jar)
300 g stone berry
syrup:
1 l water
2.5 glass sugar
For the compote of apples and bramble taken in the ratio 2: 1. Bramble wash and remove the stalk. Apples are cleaned and cut into slices, put the whole small fruits. In a large saucepan stack, alternating, apples and bramble. Sugar is dissolved in water, brought to a boil and boiling syrup even immediately poured berries and apples (so that they were completely covered with syrup). Leave for 2-3 hours to insist again brought to boiling and poured into jars. Then sterilized for 10-15 minutes (two-liter cans).
