Compote Apple without sugar
only apples, and all sorts!
Apples wash, remove stem and leaves. One half of the apples fresh squeezed juice, and the second half of the apples cut into slices and dipped for a few minutes (2-3 minutes) in boiling water. Then Apple halves cooled and immediately placed into cans.
Freshly made Apple juice heated to 90 - 95′S, pour into the jars with apples and pasteurized: liter jars for 15 minutes, two-liter - 25, a three - 30 minutes
Also prepare the compote of apples in the juice from the cherries, black or red currants. First, cook the juice of the berries, and then they pour the prepared apples.
