for the syrup:
1 l water
1 kg sugar
4 clove - Bud
vanilla sugar - a pinch
Prepare a syrup with aromatic spices. Apples thoroughly washed, cut into small slices (5-8 parts) and put on 5-7 minutes in boiling syrup. Then the apples are placed in banks "shoulders", pour hot sugar syrup and pasteurized at 95′S: liter jars -20 min, two-liter - 30, a three - 40-45 minutes
