1 kg gooseberry (two-liter jar)

for the syrup:

1 l water

700 g sugar - 500

Mature, but still hard berries (overripe easily seethe) prick with a needle or a special device. You can omit them for 3 to 5 minutes in a preheated 70′With water. Berries are placed in jars on hangers and pour hot sugar syrup.

Sterilize: half-liter jars - 8 minutes, liter - 10-12, three-liter - 15 minutes Can be pasteurized at 90′s, respectively 15, 20 and 30 minutes
