Compote gooseberry family-cherry
1,5 kg gooseberry
1 kg cherry
for the syrup:
1 l water
400 g sugar
Mature berries sorted out, thoroughly washed, separated from the stalks. Gooseberries are very poorly boil so it is better to pre prick. The layers are placed in banks with a cherry on hangers. Pour syrup and sterilized: liter jars for 10 - 12 min, three-liter - 15 minutes
