Compote krajowego-cherry
1.5 kg gooseberry
1 kg cherry
for the filling:
1 l water
1-2 glass sugar
Cherries and gooseberries to sort, wash and dry. Each berry prick pointed match that got burst and layers put into the banks. Cook the sugar syrup and pour the prepared jars. Sterilize in boiling water: a half-liter jars for about 8 minutes, liter - 10-12 minutes, three to 15 minutes.
