Apple compote chokeberry
1 kg apples
400 g black chokeberry
syrup:
1 l water
3 glass sugar
Apples are cleaned, cut into slices, remove the core and the stalk. Then dipped apples 2-3 min in boiling water or cold 0.01% citric acid solution.
Carefully washed fruits chokeberry is placed with apples in the banks "on the shoulders" and pour hot syrup. Sterilize: liter jars - 25 minutes, three-liter - 45-50 minutes.
