1 l water
400 g sugar
apples - to taste
Berries loop, separate from the stem, wash and blanch for three minutes. Then put in jars and pour the sugar syrup (400 g of sugar per 1 liter of water). In syrup sometimes add cherry juice, as chokeberry contains little acid.
