400-700 g sugar

Berries clean, wash and soak for 2-3 days, changing the water. Then shift to the banks, pour the hot sugar syrup and sterilized in boiling water: liter cans - 25 min., 3-liter - 50 minutes.

Fruit drinks are especially good in combination with apples (the ratio of apples and chokeberry - 2: 1), with a raspberry (proportion - inverse, 1: 2), assorted (with apples, gpushami, plums).
