Apple compote with plums and pears
1 kg apples
400 g plums
200 g pears
syrup:
1 l water
1.5-2 glass sugar
Apples are cleaned, cut into slices. Pears are cleaned and cut into halves. Plums put whole or cut in half, remove the pits. Prepared fruit is placed in layers in the banks "on a hanger."
Then pour the hot sugar syrup fruits and pasteurized: liter jars - 15 minutes, two-liter - 25, three-liter - 30 minutes.
