Pear-plum compote
2 kg pears
plums - 1 kg. For syrup:
1 l water
250 g sugar
Prepared by solid mature pear cut in half, dipped in boiling sugar syrup for 3-5 minutes. Plums are cut in half and remove seeds.
Plum with pear halves are placed in banks "on the shoulders", pour hot syrup and sterilized: liter cans - 8 minutes, two-liter - 12, three-liter - 15 minutes
