Compote of pear and quince Japanese
for the syrup:
1 l water
500 g sugar
Select pears of the same maturity and some quince fruit. Solid pear pre-boil them in sugar syrup. Mature fruits are washed, cut into slices and put in jars. Pour hot syrup and pasteurized at 85′liter jars for about 15 minutes
