Pear compote with honey
syrup:
1 l water
300 g honey
Taken strong mature pear is cut into halves and their core and seeds removed, put them in a few minutes, acidified water, and then shift to the banks. In boiling water dissolve honey. The resulting syrup is cooled, pour over the pears in the banks and sterilized: liter cans - 8 minutes, two-liter - 12, three-liter - 15 minutes
