Compote with pears and honey
700 g honey
500 g ripe pears
Pear wash, cut in half, cut out the core.
For 3-5 minutes to put the pear in acidified water and then shift into the jar.
Water bring to a boil, put the honey and dissolve it, boil on low heat for 15 minutes, then pour the syrup cooked pears.
Next compote with pears and honey cover and put to cool.
