Apple or pear compote
500 g apples/pears
glass ? sugar
2 glass water
1 lemon peel/orange (or cinnamon)
citric acid
Apples or pears peel, cut each 6-8 pieces, cut the seed box, put in cold water with citric acid.
Sugar pour into a saucepan, add hot water, apples, bring to boil and 10-15 minutes to boil (boiling should be weak) until tender.
Add in the juice of lemon/orange zest or cinnamon, stir.
Before serving Apple or pear compote to cool.
If compote used Antonov apples or ripe pears, boil it doesn't need, just bring to a boil.
