Compote
60 g apples
60 g pears
60 g Uruk
60 g prunes
50 g raisins
150 g sugar
1,1 l water
citric acid on the tip of a knife
Dried fruit loop, break down by type as they have different cooking time. Big apples and pears cut into pieces. Fruit rinse with warm water.
In boiling water, place the sugar, dissolve with stirring and once again bring to the boil. The syrup boil first apples and pears for 20 minutes.
Add the apricots and prunes and simmer for 10 minutes, then enter the raisins and cook for another 4-5 minutes. At the end of cooking to enhance the taste, add citric acid.
Ready compote cool and soak 10-12 hours.
Serve in glasses or bowls, evenly distributing the fruits and berries
