Compote with cherries, apples and peaches
250 g peaches
200 g cherry
2 g citric acid
2-2,5 glass water
2 Apple
1,5 glass sugar
1/3 glass wine
For this compote need to take frozen fruit.
When the fruit is thawed, carefully cut them in slices, leaving intact cherry.
From water, sugar and citric acid boil the syrup, at the end of cooking, add the wine, stir.
Put the fruit in the ice-cream bowls/vases, pour over the syrup.
Serve the compote with cherries, apples and peaches chilled.
