Compote on frozen berries and fruits
500 g frozen fruits and berries
glass ? sugar
1,5-2 glass water
wine
Lightly rinse the frozen berries and fruits boiled cooled water, put on the vases.
Mix sugar with water, bring to boil, boil and allow syrup to cool, after cooling, add to the syrup a little brandy, liqueur or wine (Muscat, port), stir.
Then pour the fruit and berries in bowls of chilled syrup and serve the compote on frozen berries and fruits as dessert.
